The Policies and Procedures, in their present form and as amended from time to time at the sole discretion of Shamapromo LLC (“SHAMAPROMO” or the “Company”), are incorporated into, and form an integral part of, the SHAMAPROMO Market Partner Agreement. Throughout these Policies and Procedures, when the term “Agreement” is used, it collectively refers to the SHAMAPROMO Market Partner Application and Agreement, these Policies and Procedures, the SHAMAPROMO Compensation Plan, and the SHAMAPROMO Business Entity Registration Form (if applicable). These documents are incorporated by reference into the SHAMAPROMO Market Partner Agreement (all in their current form and as amended by SHAMAPROMO from time to time). Market Partners have the responsibility to read, understand, adhere to and ensure that they are aware of and operating under the most current version of these Policies and Procedures. When sponsoring or enrolling a new Market Partner, it is the responsibility of the sponsoring Market Partner to ensure that the applicant is provided with, or has online access to, the most current version of these Policies and Procedures and the SHAMAPROMO Compensation Plan prior to execution of the Market Partner Agreement.
